Falguni Nayar of Kotak Investment Banking (Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd ) decided to move out as the managing director of the company to pursue entrepreneurial venture. Subsequent to her exit – Ms Shanti Ekambaram who is the President of Wholesale Banking and director on the board of KMCC, will additionally take on the responsibility of the investment bank.
