Educomp has appointed Sanjay Jain, the former CEO of Tulip Telecom, as its Group Chief Executive Officer.

Early in Feb 2012, Tulip Telecom had announced the resignation of Sanjay Jain, citing personal reasons. Sanjay Jain, had been appointed as CEO of Tulip Telecom in August 2010, and prior to that he had spent about an year as the CFO of the company.
Sanjay has about 19 years of experience across diverse range of businesses and functional specialities. During his career he has held responsibilities across the domains of strategy, M&A, cross-border acquisitions, business integration, structuring and mobilization of funds both, in local and international markets.
