People practices that have a bearing on employee engagement and employee retention.


We are attempting to identify some best practices & people initiatives that have a perceived bearing on employee engagement and employee retention.  We are looking for our readers inputs on the same  as well as contributions from other working professionals, HR leaders , and business leaders on the same.

Would appreciate if you could share at least one best practice, which you would have observed in your present or past organization. Please mention the organization’s name where you came across the said practice and please do elaborate a bit on how it impacted employee engagement levels.
