What is hrnxt.com all about?

It’s a platform for me to share and learn. This also makes it a platform for my readers to share as well as to learn. I would love to engage with my readers, hear them and also give them a voice if that helps.

We will be talking about people, business, and identify human dimensions to business problems, or business needs, and related areas. The domain is vast, and there is lot to talk about.

It’s not an HR blog, it’s not really a news platform, and it’s not at all a platform where we are going to use lots of tech terms, buzzwords that you hear in office corridors and conference rooms. We will use simple words, simple concepts to talk about people and business.

I have always taken a common sense approach to explain stuff, to advise clients and business teams during my consulting engagements. I believe that a common sense approach supported by relevant data, adequate analytical reasoning gives answers to almost any business case at hand.

We will try and keep things simple out here. Simple easily understandable concepts, ideas and insights.
