Packaged Foods company ADF Foods Limited announced the appointment of Pheroze Kersasp Mistry as Independent Director on the company’s Board, with effect from September 19, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), read with Para A of Schedule III of the said Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Pheroze Kersasp Mistry (DIN: 00344590), has been appointed as an Additional Director to be designated as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of 5 (five) Years, with effect from 19th September, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.”
Pheroze Mistry, age 60 years, is a fellow member of the Institution of Engineers (India), he holds a bachelor’s degree in science from University of California, USA and a master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University, USA.
Mistry is equipped with many years of experience in business administration. He is associated with companies across the areas of logistics, industrial coating and painting, shipping, dredging, general and Life Insurance, Investments Immovable Property etc.
