ACKO announced the appointment of Amol Wanjari as Senior Vice President of Engineering.

Amol Wanjari, who has previously built an end-to-end multi-tenant digital publishing system that powers Appstore (android app store for Kindle devices), Alexa (skills store), and Twitch (games), will bring some significant technological advancements to ACKO, the statement said.
As the SVP of Engineering, Amol will focus on ACKO’s core Auto Insurance business and contribute to innovating and improving the customer experience through cutting-edge technology. With 17 years of experience, the former Amazon veteran has previously served as the Engineering Head for Core Payments and Engineering Leader at Amazon’s Digital Publishing Platforms. He has been instrumental in building foundational technology such as fraud detection systems for advertising, core digital ingestion, publishing, and core payments platforms that powers all Amazon India businesses.
