Artson Engineering Limited announced the appointment of B V Ramesh Krishna as Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective January 05, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, 28th December 2021 have approved the appointment of Mr. B.V. Ramesh Krishna, as the Manager (in terms of the Companies Act 2013), and the ‘Chief Operating Officer, designate’ w.e.f 5th January 2022’. Mr. Ramesh Krishna to be designated as Manager and COO w.e.f 1st April 2022.”
B.V. Ramesh Krishna was heading the Strategic Business Unit Head – Construction & Environment of Tata Projects Limited. He has about three decades of collective experience in leading the EPC Business with a strategy from Concept to Complete and steer the company to have a sustained order booking, revenue generation, profitable growth, while ensuring processes, systems, compliance, and internal controls, the statement said.
