Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited, a casual dining restaurant chain, announced that Anurag Mittal has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from February 6, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Anurag Mittal has resigned from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and he will cease to be Chief Financial Officer from the closing hours of 6th February 2023.”
