According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that, in their meeting held today i.e. 09th February, 2024 has inter-alia considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Archana Manoj Shroff as a Managing Director Cum Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 09th February, 2023.”
