Cushman & Wakefield, a leading real estate services firm, announced the appointment of Deepti Kapoor as Executive Director – Human Resources.
Based out of Gurugram, Kapoor will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies and practices that will reflect Cushman & Wakefield’s HR objectives. She will also be a part of the company’s India Leadership team and will help to drive long-term sustainable growth for the organisation, according to a statement.
Kapoor comes with 20 years of experience in strategic HR and building high performance teams across diverse industries spanning financial services, media, and hospitality, at both Indian and multinational companies.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kapoor was heading Talent Management and Internal Mobility at Max Life Insurance. Previously, she worked at ING Vysya Bank, HT Media, Aircel and Grand Hyatt, in addition to her own HR consulting firm.
