Deepti Mehta has been elevated as Assistant Vice President – HR at Schneider Electric – Luminous India. Earlier, she was serving as General Manager – HR in the company.
As AVP – HR, Mehta is leading Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Organisation Development Projects. She has been associated with Luminous Power Technologies for more than seven years now. She joined the company in 2014 as Assistant General Manager – HR before reaching heights.
Mehta carries 18 years of experience in Strategic HR Business Parenting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Driving People Process Excellence, Organisation Development, among others.
In her career, Mehta has worked with STEL as Head – Talent Acquisition & Talent Management; Bharti Airtel as HR Professional; and HCL Technologies as Senior Executive – HR.
Mehta holds an MBA from Shivaji University and GMP from IIM Lucknow.
