According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot through the remote e-voting process on the Ordinary Resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot notice dated 6th December, 2023 have approved the proposal for reappointment of Shri Prashant Goenka (DIN: 00703389) as a Whole time Director of the Company for a further period of 5 (five) years with effect from 20th January, 2024.”
