Encora , a leader in outsourced software engineering services, announced that founder and former managing director of Marylebone Capital Advisors, Deepak Bhandari, has been named executive vice president and head of corporate development, effective immediately.
Bhandari’s appointment confirms Encora’s current strategy of further expanding its service offering. In this capacity, Bhandari will provide strategic leadership to support the company’s business activities with a focus on expanding its strategic presence in Latin America and India and entering new markets such as Central and Eastern Europe, the statement said.

Deepak is a recognized professional with extensive global experience across a range of industries, embodying over 25 years of experience in investment banking and strategic equity advisory, investment fund structuring and mergers and acquisitions. In the technology sector, he focuses on building relationships with founders of high-growth companies in several global markets, and providing strategic advice to these founders in their efforts to successfully exit the market through mergers and acquisitions.
