Ex-WhatsApp Global Business Head, Neeraj Arora, is set to rejoin Paytm’s board ahead of the company’s IPO, according to TNN report.
Arora, who was a member of Paytm’s board of directors from 2015 to 2018, is regarded as one of the brains behind structuring the $19-billion deal between social media giant Facebook and messaging service platform WhatsApp.
Before WhatsApp, Arora also led acquisitions and strategic investments at Google.
