Fine Organics Industries Limited, a manufacturer of oleochemical-based additives in India, announced the appointment of Nikhil Kamat as a Whole-time Director on the company’s Board, with effect from June 27, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has, approved the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Kamat as a Whole Time Director of the Company for period of 5 years with effect from June 27, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.”
Nikhil Kamat holds a degree of Master of Science in Biochemistry from University of Bombay in the year 1987. He has been associated with the Fine Organics Group since the year 1987. He has a work experience in production, planning, handling technical, environmental and regulatory tasks. He has played a crucial role in setting up the plants across the organization. He is currently designated ·as a Senior Vice President – Operations of Fine Organic Industries Limited. He oversees and monitors the working of all the plants across the organization.
