Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) announced the appointment of T Natarajan as Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee Director), with effect from December 23, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we would like to inform that Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Government of India vide Letter No. 8(32)/2019-D(000rd/DDP) dated 23rdDecember, 2022, has appointed Shri T Natarajan (DIN 00396367) as Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Shri Rajeev Prakash (DIN 08590061).”
T Natarajan has completed his graduation in Mining Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University and M.B.A. in Finance from Bharathidesan Institute of Management, Bharathidesan University. He is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Officer from Gujarat Cadre.
T Natarajan held various administrative posts in the Government of India related to Economic Affairs, Finance, Revenue, HRD, etc. and also served as director in many listed and unlisted companies. He is presently holding the post of Additional Secretary (Defence Production) in Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India.
