Budget airline carrier IndiGo has appointed Sukhjit S Pasricha as Group Chief Human Resources Officer of the company, with effect from November 1, 2022, according to ETHRWorld report.
Pasricha will report to Pieter Elbers, CEO of IndiGo. He will be based in Gurugram Headquarters of IndiGo.
Pasricha has over 25 years of experience in Corporate HR roles and Business HR roles across different industry sectors and complex businesses.
Currently, Pasricha is serving as Group CHRO (President – HR) at Kotak Mahindra Bank. He has previously worked as Chief of HR & Admin at Bajaj Finance, Head of HR & Admin at IndiGo, SVP – HR at Airtel Africa, VP – HR (CHRO – Enterprise Services Business) at Bharti Airtel, Head HR – AES at Bharti Airtel, and HR Head at Spice Communications.
Pasricha holds a Master’s degree in MBA – HR from Guru Nanak Dev University.
