Share India Securities Limited, a financial services company, has appointed Jatin Bansal as an Additional Independent Director, effective August 21, 2021.
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company at its Meeting held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Jatin Bansal as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 21, 2021 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.”
Jatin Bansal is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by Profession and has also done Post Graduation from Mumbai University. He is having more than eleven years of experience in different fields including Business Administration and Developments, Corporate Tax and Individual Tax Consultancy, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit, Management Audit and Business Planning and Due Diligence for M&A etc.
