Jet Airways (India) Limited announced it has appointed Neeraj Manchanda as Company Secretary of the company, with effect from July 14, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “this is to inform you that the Monitoring Committee of the Company in its meeting held on July 14, 2022 has approved the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Manchanda (ACS 20060) as the Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from July 14, 2022.”
Neeraj Manchanda is a Qualified Company Secretary, a member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India‟ (ICSI), and law graduate (LL.B.) having 16 years of work experience (PQE) in legal & secretarial function of large size companies including joint ventures (JVs), global & Indian entities covering service sector and manufacturing industry.
