Jose Raj appointed SVP and Head-HR at Worldline India

Worldline, the European leader in the payments and transactional services industry, announced it has appointed Jose Raj as SVP and Head of Human Resources India. He succeeds Zarin Bhathena who will be retiring by end of this month. Raj will report to Olivier Burger, Group Head of Human Resources.

Raj carries 27 years of experience in human resource management and has expertise in the areas of culture transformation, employer branding, leadership and talent development and talent acquisition.

Most recently, Raj worked with Vestas India as Director Human Resources and has taken leadership roles in his previous stints in AREVA India, Royal Enfield and Ford India, according to a statement.

Raj holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Sacred Heart College in Tamil Nadu, India.
