JWIL Infra appoints HK Pradhan as CHRO

JWIL Infra, a leading water infrastructure management company and a part of Jindal SAW, has appointed HK Pradhan as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.

“I am thrilled to share that I have joined JWIL Infra Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer,” Pradhan shared in a LinkedIn post.

He added, “Together with the incredible leadership team and all colleagues in JWIL, I look forward for driving organizational excellence in elevating performance-driven culture on the back of the Group’s core values of leading with trust in demonstrating Excellence, Perseverance, Agility & Reliability.”

Pradhan further said, “My goal will be to build a compelling Employee Value Proposition and embed an integrated people agenda to accelerate growth as per the organization business strategy by nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance.”

Prior to joining JWIL Infra, Pradhan was associated with ROADIS as CHRO – Asia SBU (HR, OH&S). Previously, he worked at Isolux Corsan Group, BP Fuel Crops, DSC and Tata Power. He began his career as Senior Officer – HR at Tata Projects in the year 2000.
