Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) announced that Pawan Kumar Agarwal has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from September 15, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “this is to inform you that Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company had tendered his resignation on 12th August 2022. He will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from 15th September 2022. Consequent to this, he will ceased to be Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from close of working hours of 15th September 2022.”
