Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed Ketan Darji as Vice President – Human Resources and Lead – Talent Acquisition, Corporate Functions, according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President HR (Lead Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions) at Kotak Mahindra Bank,” Darji shared in a LinkedIn post.
Darji comes with 17 years of experience in different facets of HR such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Recruitments and HR Software (Services).
Prior to joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Darji was associated with Axis Securities as Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Business Partner. Previously, he worked at Anand Rathi Financial Services, Sahara India, Karvy Stock Broking, Angel Broking, Sharekhan and HDFC Bank.
Darji holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development & Management from N L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research.
