KPMG India appoints Sunit Sinha as Partner and Head – People, Performance and Culture

KPMG India has announced the appointment of Sunit Sinha as Partner and Head of People, Performance and Culture (PPC). Sinha will be based out of Gurugram.

In his new role, Sinha will lead KPMG in India’s human resources function which comprises talent management and strategy, driving the people culture and professional development to further KPMG in India’s operations and growth, according to a statement.

Sinha holds vast experience of over 23 years with expertise in organizational strategy and transformation, human capital strategy and leadership development, organisation design, post-merger integration, culture transformation and HR transformation in a digital world.

Prior to this role, Sinha had a stint with Accenture Strategy as a Managing Director – Talent and Organisation practice, wherein he established large transformation engagements across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, the statement said.

Commenting on the appointment, Arun M Kumar, Chairman and CEO, KPMG India, said, “We at KPMG in India are delighted to have Sunit Sinha join us. Sinha has built global consulting capabilities in geographies such as China, Indonesia and Latin America. He has also worked with Arthur Andersen and Mercer in the human capital space, M&A integration and talent consulting, the statement said.
