Lodha Ventures has appointed Kiran Prasad Ivaturi as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Lodha Ventures,” Ivaturi shared in a LinkedIn post.
Ivaturi comes with 18 years of experience in different facets of HR such as HR strategy and business partnering, OD, talent strategy & management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, rewards and HR operations. He has worked across sectors such as FMCG, Pharma and Telecom.
Prior to joining Lodha Ventures, Ivaturi was associated with Sesa Care as CHRO. Previously, he worked at Atria Convergence Technologies, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and Marico. Ivaturi began his career at BHEL in 2002.
Ivaturi holds a PG Diploma in HR Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
