L&T Finance Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Vinay Chhawchharia as Chief Risk Officer of the company, with effect from January 13, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 13, 2023, on the basis of the recommendation of the Group Risk Management Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay Chhawchharia as the Chief Risk Officer of the Company for a period of two years with effect from January 13, 2023.”
Vinay Chhawchharia is a multifaceted finance professional with more than 14 years of experience in credit ratings, credit risk management and corporate finance. He is an expert in structured finance, project finance, term loan & other wholesale banking products.
