MARG Limited, an Indian infrastructure company, announced it has appointed K. Suresh as Company Secretary of the company, with effect from February 15, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform you that Mr. K. Suresh, Membership No: ACS34656 appointed as a Company Secretary of the company with immediate effect as approved by the Director’s in the meeting held February 15.02.2022.”
Being a Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India, Suresh Kumar and pursued his Bachelor in law (LL.B) from the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He is also a qualified Company Secretary. He has also completed his Master of Financial Management from Pondichery University, Master of Commerce from Madras University and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras.
He has worked in various companies with various portfolios as a Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary, Over all he has 17+ years of experience in the areas of Finance, Compliance, AML, Company Secretary & Legal.
Suresh Kumar is passionate about negotiations in deal making and excels at structuring the transaction to best suit the interests of her clients. Suresh Kumar is also the author of few articles, including “Internal Control, Tort Law and Independent Directors ” published in Taxmann and other blogs, the statement said.
