Muthoot Homefin India has roped in Deepa Deshmukh as the Head of Human Resources.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited!” she wrote in her LinkedIn post.
With over 20 years of experience spanning across IT, Banking and Financial sectors, Deepa has held a variety of roles that include Performance Management, HRIS Implementation, Recruitment, Talent Management, Policy & Process Formulation and handling complete employee life cycle.
Prior to this role, Deshmukh was handling the Employee Experience function at Quinnox. Prior to that, she had served at Capri Global Capital as Deputy Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition. She has also worked at Alliance Insurance Brokers, Fullerton India Credit Company, TCGIvega and Staff Service Net.
She holds an MBA in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai.
