Former Droom Technology CHRO, Preeti Jain, has joined telecom major Airtel as Vice President – Human Resources.
Jain has over 20 years of rich experience working with leadership teams in diverse industries spanning IT, Telecom and Semiconductor industries, and across geographies and cultures, including USA, UK, China and South-East Asia.
Prior to Droom Technology, she was working as Director – Human Resources at Huawei Telecommunications India, heading the HR functions for the Consumer Business Group.
Jain is a people leader with experience across various HR functions, including HR Strategy Making, Business Partnering, Organisational Development, Change Management, Global Entity Setups, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Communication, HR Operations & Analytics, Shared Services, Legal, Automation, Budgets and Vendor Management.
She holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management & Services from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
