Reltio, a SaaS company that provides a modern data management platform wherein enterprises deploy new generation of data-driven applications, announced the appointment of Eugene Lao as General Counsel.
Lao has more than two decades of experience advising major tech companies including DocuSign, Yahoo!, and Zynga as a senior attorney and leading global legal teams, Lao has extensive expertise across many complex legal disciplines, the company said in a press statement.
Prior to Reltio, Lao served as Vice President and General Counsel at DocuSign, Auction.com, and Zynga, and Vice President and Regional General Counsel, Asia-Pacific at Yahoo! Inc.

Lao holds a BA in Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a JD and LLM in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law.
Reltio customers include eight of the top 10 global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, market-leaders in healthcare, financial services, and technology, major travel and hospitality brands, and prestigious international luxury consumer brands in fashion, retail, and personal care.
