ShareChat, a social media company, announced the appointment of Anurag Verma as the Head of People and Culture, according to ETHRWorld report.
In this role, Verma will be responsible for driving organisational excellence and his experience and vision will be instrumental in attracting top talent, providing professional growth opportunities, and nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration and performance, according to a statement.
Verma comes with 27 years of experience. Previously, he was associated with a conversational AI company, Uniphore as Vice President – People.
Verma has also worked with Flipkart, India Telecom Infra Limited (ITIL) and Airtel where he was in leadership roles in HR. His previous stints include Maharishi Group, Sylvan Learning and Visisht Group, as per the statement.
