Dr. Swatee Sarangi has been appointed as the Global Head – Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Sarangi moves from Larsen & Toubro where she headed Learning and Organizational Development.
Swatee has over two decades of rich experience encompassing teaching, research, training, consulting and leading people development practices. She has driven several strategic interventions for business advantage and has worked extensively in areas of learning, leadership, change and work practice innovations. She holds a Ph.D. in the area of Talent Management and Organizational Development.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The company was founded by Anji Reddy, who previously worked in the mentor institute Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited, of Hyderabad, India.
