Tata Power has appointed Archana Chitnavis as the Group Head – HR (Policies, Processes Excellence), according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Head – Human Resources (Policies, Processes & Employee Engagement) at Tata Power,” Chitnavis shared in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to joining Tata Power, Chitnavis was associated with Mahindra Susten as Lead – Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner. Previously, she worked at Adani Electricity for more than 15 years.
Chitnavis holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai. She also holds a BE in Information Technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
