Uniworth Limited, a Mumbai-based textiles company, announced it has appointed Ranu Dey Talukdar as Chief Financial Officer, effective from July 05, 2021. She succeeds Rajappen Ramesh Kumar as new CFO.
According to exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that Mrs. Ranu Dey Talukdar, Company Secretary has been also appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 05.07.2021 duly approved at the Board Meeting held on today.”
Ranu Dey Talukdar is a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary. She is having more than 11 years experience in handling Corporate Compliances & Company Secretarial matters.
