VMentor.ai, the mentorship platform for accelerating business growth, appoints Sanjiv Kumar Tripathy as President – MSME Practice and Milan Saxena as Head – Product team.
Sanjiv Kumar Tripathy will shape and strengthen VMentor.ai’s vision of creating value and generating opportunities for MSMEs, in turn spurring India’s economic growth. Milan Saxena will oversee the creation of strong relationships with VMentor.ai’s stakeholders using tech (tools and frameworks) as a core differentiator, according to the statement.

Tripathy, an alumnus of the Goa Institute of Management and a postgraduate engineer from BITS MESRA, has held crucial roles in senior management at Credit Suisse, RBS/Natwest, CSC, and Tata Steel. His areas of expertise include strategy, leadership, governance, IT transformation, change-management, risk, and cyber-security management. He is also certified as an independent director and an executive coach (ICF ACC).
Dr. Srinivas added “ In the financial year ending March, 2023, we have chalked out our plans and hope to add 6,000 MSMEs and 60,000 students as our customers on our mentorship platform. We are confident of achieving these goals. Sanjiv and Milan bring in vast and rich experience in their respective areas, and this will help us in fueling our growth plans.”
