IRCON International announced the appointment of Yogesh Kumar Misra as Chairman and Managing Director, effective Sept 04, 2021. He succeeds Mukesh Kumar Singh, who resigned from the role of Chairman & CEO and Managing Director, effective September 04, 2021.
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “It is to inform that in terms of Railway Board Order No.2020!E(O)II!40!2 dated 04th September, 2021 Shri Yogesh Kumar Misra, Director (Works) (DIN: 07654014), IRCON has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of Ircon International Limited w.e.f. 4th September, 2021 (FN). Consequently, Shri Mukesh Kumar Singh, (DIN: 06607392) has relinquished the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer w.e.f. 4th September, 2021.”
Yogesh Kumar Misra holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIT – Delhi.
