Halo Technology Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of compatible fiber optic transceivers and high-speed cables, announced that it has acquired the Skylane Optics  (Skylane).

With offices in Europe, Brazil and the United States, Skylane’s optical network products offer data, video and voice networks to companies, service providers, data centers and telecommunications providers worldwide.

“We are incredibly excited to add Skylane’s cutting-edge product offering and its very talented team to our group,” said Matt McCormick , CEO of Halo. “Halo is committed to developing Skylane’s business and continuing to meet the demands of its sophisticated and diverse customer base. With the strength and additional resources of our platform, we expect Skylane to prosper as part of the Halo Group.”
