ReadyAssist lands $1 million in seed funding

Vehicle service startup ReadyAssist has raised US $1 million in seed funding. The investment was made by a group of angel investors.

The latest funding round saw investments from existing investor Satish Grampurohit along with Visweswara Gupta Kothamachu, Siddramesh Nara, Nagaraj Srinivasa, Harish Srinivas Gudi, and Vijay Sambamurthi, Praveen Kumar, others.

Vimal Singh, founder and CEO, ReadyAssist said, “Our aim is to compel the market to be more organized while creating more job opportunities with the best professional skills.”

The Bengaluru-based startup aims to use the raised funds to develop its technology and to become an automobile skills powerhouse.

ReadyAssist is a 24/7 Roadside Assistance & on the spot repair company for both Bikes & Cars in India. The startup intends to be the best roadside assistance provider by proactively addressing the real-time vehicle breakdown problems of customers using deep machine learning, data intelligence, and operations efficiency.

It uses data intelligence to match right mechanics for a problem using their competency, experience, rating, location, and many other factors. The company plans to build a system that will proactively engage with the customers & mechanics by progressive learning & machine learning.

Currently, It provides 24hrs roadside assistance for both Bikes & Cars anytime at any nook & corner of the country to its Subscribed Customers.

It also provides on-demand support to customers in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai and more. It was awarded as the Bootstrap Champ in World Statup Expo 2016 by Cocoon Ventures.
