TCS recognised as a Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing & Hybrid Infrastructure Managed Services, Europe

Tata Consultancy Services, a global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, announced that it has been recognized as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing and Hybrid Infrastructure Managed Services, Europe, for the second year in a row.

“TCS believes that an adaptive core or digital spine is at the heart of a resilient and adaptable enterprise and helps meet dynamic business needs. We enable this for our customers through a flexible technology architecture leveraging our platform-based Elastic Operating Model powered by the Machine First approach, as well as hybrid cloud and agile data center offerings,” said Krishna Mohan, Deputy Head, Cognitive Business Operations, TCS. “We believe our Leadership position is a recognition of our vision, investments and ability to make technology relevant to our customers’ business context.”

TCS’ Cognitive Business Operations (CBO) unit helps companies embed intelligence and digital technologies in IT and business operations to drive exponential customer value. It has been helping leading corporations across the world in their transformation initiatives by simplifying their technology stack. Legacy, monolithic systems that are difficult to maintain are dismantled and replaced with microservices, APIs, or SaaS/ PaaS equivalents, and workloads are shifted to the cloud to gain from flexibility and scalability. The simplified technology stack and use of automation enables leaner, more agile processes, lowering the cost of business operations, while improving the speed to market.

TCS leverages its Machine First Delivery Model (MFDM) to help enterprises move up the automation maturity curve in a controlled, predictable, and planned manner. In addition to collaborating with leading automation product vendors, TCS deploys its own closed-loop autonomous enterprise software, ignio, to transform customers’ diverse and complex IT infrastructure landscape into highly resilient, self-healing stacks.

“Our sustained growth in the UK and Europe is being driven by our participation in the growth and transformation journeys of our customers. TCS has strengthened its presence in the region by opening new digital delivery centers and is well positioned to solve customers’ business problems, helping them stay true to their purpose and succeed in the Business 4.0™ era,” added Krishna Mohan.
