Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd. announced that it has been recognized by the Economic Times as one of the “Best Organizations for Women 2022”.
The award was granted to companies that are committed to make a difference with their collative efforts and plan to create a new benchmark by empowering female colleagues, making them an integral part of their workforce. The shortlisted companies have been assessed on various parameters such as equality, inclusion, diversity, and values, the statement said.
The purpose of the study was to assess and highlight companies that have taken initiatives to make a difference in setting a new standard by empowering female colleagues and integrating them into their workforce, the statement said.
