Carlsberg India, a global brewer, announced the appointment of Vandana Kapur as Vice President – Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.
Kapur comes with over 22 years of experience in corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial roles. Previously, Vandana served as Country HR Head at Agilent Technologies International, and Global HR Director for Operations at Centrient Pharmaceuticals.
At Carlsberg, Kapur will focus on organization effectiveness, talent management and strengthening of its DE&I, amongst other critical responsibilities, according to a statement.
