Clover Infotech, a leading IT services and consulting enterprise, announced the appointment of Kunal Nagarkatti as Chief Executive Officer, and Siddharth Deshmukh as Chief Operating Officer, effective from April 01, 2021.
Javed Tapia will now be the Chairman and Chief Mentor at Clover Infotech. He will guide the leadership team on strategic decisions including growth charter, merger and acquisition opportunities, capital raising, and global expansion, the company said in its LinkedIn post.
