Clover Infotech has announced that it has elevated Neelesh Kripalani as Chief Technology Officer and Prashant Parab as Chief Business Officer.
Prashant has been with Clover Infotech since 2007. He is responsible for Enterprise Sales across India, encompassing Clover Infotech’s offerings in the realm of application services, infrastructure management services and niche solutions. Prior to this role, he was head of Operations for Clover Infotech and ensured performance across key business areas.
Prior to joining Clover Infotech, Prashant was managing Technology Solutions at 3i Infotech, where his responsibilities included application designing, development, project management and support services for technology architecture and business process implementation.
In the new role, Neelesh Kripalani is responsible for research and analysis of disruptive technologies which the CoE (Center of Excellence) leverages to accelerate digital transformation of the company’s customers. He is also responsible for the automation initiatives in the organization, quality, and for capacity building across new-age technologies.
