Stove Kraft appoints Anup Shah Sanmukh to its Board

Cooking appliance maker Stove Kraft Limited announced the appointment of Anup Shah Sanmukh as Non-Executive Independent Director on the company’s Board, with effect from November 2, 2021.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that Shareholders of the Company at 23rd Annual General Meeting dated September 12, 2022, approved the appointment of Mr. Anup Shah Sanmukh (DIN 00317300) as Non-Executive Independent Director, of the Company for 5 years with effect from November 02, 2021, and he is not liable to retire by rotation as a Director.”

Anup Shah Sanmukh, aged 65 years holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from HR college, Mumbai and a degree in law from Government Law college, Mumbai. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of law, specifically real estate law. Since founding his own firm in 1993, he has advised developers, builders and foreign and domestic investors in structuring real estate transactions, leases, development agreements and joint ventures. He specializes in commercial and property documentation, corporate and commercial litigation, properly related issues, land laws and arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions. He is the founder Partner of Anup S Shah Law Firm in Bangalore.
