Intuit Ranked 2nd in ‘India’s Best Companies for Rewards and Recognition 2012’

Intuit India has been named one of the country’s top two Best Companies for Rewards and Recognition in 2012. A leading provider of business and financial management solutions, Intuit was honored for its innovative and structured rewards and recognition programs for its employees in India.

The award was presented by Edenred, – International leaders and India’s foremost in Work–Life benefits, Rewards and Loyalty solutions, which partnered with the Great Place To Work® Institute to study India’s Best Companies for Rewards and Recognition. This is a first–of–its-kind study in India to recognize companies that excel in rewarding and recognizing their best employees and performers. Judges evaluated the companies in this category based on the work–life benefits, rewards and loyalty solutions offered by organizations as a key business strategy to motivate and engage with employees.

The Rewards and Recognition 2012 study is based on the survey data taken from more than 13,000 employees and human resources managers from 76 companies across 11 industries, including IT/ITES, banking, financial services and insurance, fast–moving consumer goods, retail, pharma, and manufacturing. Judges named 10 companies as the best practitioners in the IT segment. ”
