Ajit Menon, has been appointed as Executive Director and Group HR Head for Dalmia Bharat Group. In this role he would be based in New Delhi, and would be leading the HR for Corporate, Sugar, Cement and Refractory businesses of Dalmia Bharat Group.
In a statement Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director of Dalmia Cement Bharat, said – “He will not only strengthen the role of HR in the organization, but will also inculcate the values of learning, excellence, teamwork and speed among future business leaders of Dalmia Bharat”.
Ajit is an Aeronautical Engineer and has a Masters degree in Business Management from Washington University. He has earlier been associated with leading brands & organizations like DDB Mudra Group, Nirvana Business Solutions and Leela Group.
Founded in 1935 by Jaidayal Dalmia; the cement division of DCBL was established in 1939 and enjoys a heritage of 70 years of expertise and experience. The company is headquartered in New Delhi with cement, sugar, travel agency, magnesite, refractory and electronic operations spread across the country.
