Gypsy Moth has announced the appointment of Mansi Mehta as the Head of Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.
In this role at Gypsy Moth, Mehta will be overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics, supervising the work of HR personnel and providing guidance, monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Mehta will also address grievances and violations, and invoking disciplinary action when required, anticipating and resolving litigation risks, reporting to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics, and developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, according to a statement.
Mehta comes with 12 years of experience across various facets of human resources. Prior to joining Gypsy Moth, Mehta was associated with Glitch, in collaboration with VML Y&R, a part of WPP, where she served as a Senior Manager. Previously, she worked at MullenLowe Lintas, a part of the IPG Group.
Mehta began her career in 2011 at Adept Global, a recruitment firm, where she managed a team of 16 professionals.
