Code of Ethics, Fact-Checking, Corrections, and Takedown Policy
Code of Ethics
At HrNxt.com, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and fairness in all our content and interactions.
- We maintain deep respect for everyone in the ecosystem—professionals, organizations, contributors, and our readers.
- We strive to be truthful in our reporting and avoid any form of intentional misinformation or misrepresentation.
- We aim for objectivity and balance in our coverage, and make a conscious effort to avoid bias or unfair disadvantage to any individual or entity.
Fact-Checking
We rely on trusted and verifiable sources for our news, features, and industry updates. While most of our published information is cross-verified with alternate credible sources, there is always a chance of inadvertent oversight.
If you notice a factual error or inconsistency in any of our coverage, please email us at hello@hrnxt.com. We will promptly review the concern and take necessary corrective action, if applicable.
Corrections & Revisions
Despite our best efforts to maintain accuracy, errors can occur. We take such concerns seriously and are open to reviewing and correcting any factual inaccuracies or significant omissions. If needed, we may:
- Correct the content
- Add an editorial note
- Include the alternate or affected party’s viewpoint alongside the original article
That said, if the content is based on publicly available and verifiable information and includes personal insights, opinions, or analysis, it may not be subject to revision unless a factual error is clearly established.
To report a correction request, please email hello@hrnxt.com with the relevant link and issue noted.
Takedown Requests / Attribution Errors / IPR Concerns
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism or intellectual property rights (IPR) violations. All contributors, including guest writers, are expected to submit original content and attribute sources wherever relevant.
Despite these safeguards, if any material—including text, images, or illustrations—has been published on HrNxt.com without proper attribution or in violation of copyright/IPR, please notify us at hello@hrnxt.com.
We will:
- Promptly investigate the issue
- Take down the content if necessary
- Provide due credit or corrections where applicable
We primarily use copyright-free images from sources such as Pexels and other public domain libraries. While we make efforts to provide appropriate image credits, unintentional omissions may happen. If you are the rightful IPR holder or have relevant information, please reach out and we will address the concern in good faith.
