VergeCloud was founded in 2024 in Bangalore, born from relentless dedication to purposeful growth. From the outset, the focus was to build a strong, mission-aligned team. The process began by sifting through nearly 2,000 candidate profiles, from which 100 were shortlisted. This effort has resulted in a core team of about 50 talented professionals located across India and Oman. While the tech and product teams are currently based in Oman, steps are being taken to gradually move them to India to align more closely with the company’s key markets.
VergeCloud takes pride in its inclusive hiring, with team members hailing from over seven Indian states and achieving a 50:50 gender ratio.
Securing USD 3 million in funding allowed us to refine our approach to hiring and compensation.
