CK Birla Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate, has appointed Sandeep Gautam as Group Head – Corporate HR, according to ETHRWorld report.
Gautam comes with 30 years of experience in different facets of human resources such as mergers, demergers, acquisitions, HR automation, HR shared services, organisation design, and change management.
Prior to joining CK Birla Group, Gautam was associated with National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Gautam worked at Spencer’s Retail, Bharti Retail, Laing O’Rourke, Somany Ceramics, Honda Motorcycles & Scooters and India Glycols. He began his career as HR Executive at Ester Industries in 1993.
Gautam holds a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from The Institute of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dr B R Ambedkar University.
